Role overview & daily workflow

You own the ongoing search and paid-search health of a portfolio of client accounts. This role is built around a daily loop with an AI partner (Claude) that helps you find the highest-impact task each day and verifies it got done. Your value is execution, judgment, and consistency. The system points you where to aim that effort.

How priorities are set

Priority-driven, not a fixed account-per-day calendar. Each morning you look across all accounts and work on whichever one has the highest-impact opportunity that day. A problem gets attention the day it matters, not on an assigned weekday. The tradeoff: this only works if you are disciplined. There is no calendar telling you what to do, so the morning prioritization session is non-negotiable.

Three rules keep it fair and predictable:

Every account gets meaningful work at least once per week. Zero attention by Thursday auto-promotes it to Friday.

Mornings are always prioritization. Fridays are always reporting and overflow.

Anything a client or manager flags urgent jumps the queue.

The daily loop (core mechanic)

Every working day is bookended by two short sessions with Claude, both inside the dedicated project so it can recall yesterday's plan and what you reported done.

Morning open

You bring fresh data (SEMrush, Search Console, GA4, Meta) and what you finished yesterday. Claude identifies the highest-impact task, explains why, and scopes your day. The plan is only as good as the data you bring.

Evening close

You report what you did with evidence (URLs changed, screenshots, before/after metrics). Claude checks it against the morning plan and flags anything unfinished. That record carries into tomorrow.

Daily routine

9:00–9:30 Pull fresh data for all accounts. Scan for anything alarming.

9:30–10:00 Morning Claude session. Leave with a ranked task list.

10:00–12:30 Deep work block 1: the top priority. Highest-focus window.

12:30–1:30 Lunch

1:30–3:30 Deep work block 2: continue or move to #2.

3:30–4:15 Meta ads block (the 20%): pacing, CPA/ROAS, tweaks.

4:15–4:45 Logging and evidence capture.

4:45–5:00 Evening Claude session: report, verify, set up tomorrow.

Two deep-work blocks (4.5 hours) are the engine of the role. Protect them; meetings and messages go in the margins. Weekly rhythm: Monday sets the week's themes. Tuesday to Thursday is pure priority-driven execution. Friday is client reporting and overflow.

How you are held accountable

Showing up: two timestamped sessions a day, every working day, in the project. A day with no sessions is visible immediately.

Doing the work: every claimed task needs evidence. Claude checks claims against that evidence each evening, and the work log is an open record anyone can review.

Results: measured on movement, not motion. Weekly and monthly reviews track rankings, organic traffic and conversions, site health, and Meta CPA/ROAS.

The simple version: show up to both sessions, bring real data, do the prioritized work, prove it with evidence.
